For many of our formulations, the journey starts in Northern Ghana, where generations of women have perfected the art of producing shea butter. Through their skill and dedication, one of Africa’s most beloved skincare ingredients makes its way into homes around the world.

But sourcing ingredients is only the beginning.

Once our ingredients arrive, they go through a careful process of testing, formulation, and production. Every lotion, butter, cleanser, and balm is created with intention, balancing traditional ingredients with modern skincare science.

Over the years, we’ve invested in better equipment, improved processes, and more efficient production methods. These improvements allow us to maintain quality while continuing to serve a growing community of customers.

Our newly reformulated Buttr Me Up Shea Body Lotions were created after listening to customer feedback. Some customers wanted a lighter texture, while others needed deeper hydration. Instead of choosing one formula, we created options designed to serve both needs.

The same customer-first approach inspired our newest hand lotion collection, featuring scents like Peony Bloom, Amber Lavender, Coconut Rose, and Spiced Vanilla.
